Here is documentation of a working setup as of Oct 2013 on a target network that requires login via a web page, and they have multiple pages on the portal for different groups, client version 7.1.
However you may have to mix and match bits from any of those. There are various site that discuss getting Juniper's 'Network Connect' to work, particularly under a 64-bit system.
